All cancellations are subject to the rules and terms of the respective airline, hotel, or travel vendor.
Cancellation charges and refund amounts vary as per supplier policies and may include service fees.
Refunds are processed only after receiving written confirmation from the concerned airline, hotel, or vendor.
Timeline: 7 to 21 working days (excluding bank and vendor delays).
No refund is possible without official confirmation from the supplier.
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
Service charges & booking processing fees
RG FlyTrip commission & convenience charges
Payment gateway fees
Markup or profit margin included in the booking
These are charges applied for the service rendered and are not recoverable.
No refund will be processed if:
The traveler fails to show up for the service.
Cancellation is made too close to the travel date, as per vendor or airline policy.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued only to the original payment source or RG FlyTrip wallet.
Any government taxes, visa processing charges, or third-party vendor fees are also non-refundable.
RG FlyTrip is not liable for any delay in vendor refund confirmation.
