Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days after receiving confirmation from the airline, hotel, or vendor. No refund is possible without official written confirmation.
Service charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be made in case of a "No-Show" or if the cancellation is not allowed as per the vendor or airline policy.
